· Business Unit Management – Being a part of Europe strategic business unit (SBU) coordinated successfully with several onshore finance controllers positioned across multiple business units to finalize monthly actual, forecast, and annual budget, restatement figures.

· Monthly Business Validation Checks and Reviews - Review of P&L,KPI, HR and other special items, performing quality/business checks and recommendations by reporting out variances against budget/forecast/previous year to the business unit.

· Month End Closing Activities – Delivering multiple reports and dashboard, management decks on variance analysis to management with suggestions and observations of P&L, KPI’s

· Preparation of HFM Templates & Ad-hoc request – To provide feedback to top management on business units monthly financial performance or monthly profitability, Cost Reports(IDC-indirect cost, BDC-business development cost, SFC-support function cost) to track cost movement .

· Management Reviews - Preparation of Forecast M-review templates for business unit controller and assisting controller in review meetings.

· External Communication - Designing external communication template on each quarter close and collecting commentaries from Europe business unit controllers on YOY variances on revenue and KPI’s to track down the year on year business growth.

· Elimination/Management Adjust-Performing manual eliminations at SBU level to nullify the impact of inter transactions between SBU’s on revenue, cost lines. Posting management adjustment on Revenue, cost lines during each Forecast close to take a buffer on overall gross margin at a SBU level to land on the targeted forecast numbers.

· Annual budget Process – Assisting SBU controller on the long budget process where several budget versions are prepared taking the budget baseline to be the last available forecast. Preparing budget path files to track down business re-organization or account change, taking into currency impact of next year. Helping out business units on HFM load process.

· Annual Restatement Process – After a full year of Actuals on the month of December the restatement process comes into picture where the currency impact of next year is taken into consideration with structural changes to restate the last year actuals numbers.

· Managed Centralized Bookings(amount of recorded sales) HFM Load Process for Europe SBU – Successfully developed and simplified booking process to help each month 6 business units under Europe SBU in loading numbers into HFM from THOR (CRM Tool updated by Sales personnel on each deal completion to enter amount of bookings).

· Suggest new ideas and drive automation initiatives to simplify the work flow or process.

· Responsible for regular monthly Actuals, forecast KPI related reports.

· Drive month end close and ensure timely and accurate update of financial data and information by business units in HFM.

· Perform actual vs Forecast variance analysis and provide concise commentaries to explain drives of variances.

· Work with other team members and assist in ad-hoc activities and template preparation for analysis.

· Banking product knowledge.

· Acquisition of new customers and enhancement of the customer relationship by cross- selling products and services.
