· Analyzing financial statement, performance, and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness

· Prepare loan Comps and fixed charge financial model as per client needs

· Proficiency in Capital IQ, Debtwire, Leverage Commentary Data, Pitchbook, Bloomberg, and LevfinInsights

· Monitor financial covenants (leverage ratios, interest coverage ratios, etc.) and other credit metrics to highlight any red flags on the credit

· Preparing the credit reports, research reports and understand the credit risk assessments including financial & peer analysis, rating rationale, outlook, and capital structure analysis

· Experience and exposure on leveraged loan structure and pricing valuation

. Analyse key operating and financial metrics of target companies to understand historical trends
