• Handling the innovation projects worth INR 350 cr capex in the fields of PHE services and responsible for the implementation of the Aliaxis innovation model by coordinating with various departments like research, manufacturing, finance, legal, marketing, and product management, procurement, etc.
• Responsible for developing the team as a market face for innovation and managing service-led innovations in the department via market research, voice of customer, and supporting technical sales operations.
Responsibilities: Heading P&L of the global design center, technical sales operations, and product management; leading the PAN India technical team.
• Led the design center by handling a INR 4 cr business every year by providing technical/design services to Europe, the Gulf, NSEA, and Africa with a team of 30 members.
• Delivered projects worth INR 200 cr in the sales funnel in a year with a turnaround time of 3 days per project.
• Increased the hit rate of winning projects from 20% to 70%.
• Reduced service complaints by an average of 5% every month.
• Achieved a reduction of 3% in costs for every project through value engineering.
• Conducted over 100 contractor training sessions every year and more than 5 sales training sessions on the company’s products.

• Reduced the cost of site execution by optimum utilization of available resources and increased efficiency by 1.5% with zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).
