Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 12 technicians for maintenance of utility and process equipment, overseeing day-to-day activities, contractors, and project handling.
• Handle breakdown activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure that PM, Predictive Maintenance, and calibration activities are scheduled annually and implemented as per the plan.
• Prepare daily reports and control departmental performance metrics such as downtime and overtime.
• Discuss maintenance-related budgetary requirements with management for effective resource allocation.
• Ensure critical equipment /spares are reviewed and made available
• Coordinate and oversee in-house calibration of temperature, pressure, and flow instruments.
• Perform maintenance and calibration of PLC and AS Interface systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Lead, participate, and contribute to why-why analysis,SOP,LLF,RCA, and kaizen team initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Implement SAP procedures for maintenance-related activities to streamline processes.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems including hot water generators, water treatment plants, refrigeration plants, steam boilers, and effluent treatment plants.
• Provide comprehensive training to the team on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and fault finding.
• Handle project-related activities such as tendering, reviewing P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, and instruments lists.
• Finalize technical specification sheets for engineering materials to meet project requirements.
• Handle packing machine maintenance (Make-Multivac ,Thimonnier ,Catta ,Synerlink-Dairy pack.

🠢 Breakdown & preventive maintenance of test rigs. Ensure that all test cells are running without any breakdown.

🠢 Calibration of test and measurement instruments.

🠢 Preparing all the Documents (calibration certificate) related to Calibration of Instruments.

🠢 Calibration of temperature, pressure, flow and Controller like PID, Temp. Controller.

🠢 Breakdown & preventive maintenance of variable frequency drive.

🠢 Breakdown & preventive maintenance of PLC and DCS.

🠢 Breakdown & preventive maintenance of Valves maintenance.

🠢 Maintenance and calibration of the Weighing Balance.

🠢 Give a proper training to team about operation, troubleshooting, fault finding.

🠢 Review of P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, and hook-ups.

🠢 New developments and designing.

🠢 Converters, controllers, Temperature Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter , Flow Transmitter etc. Field instruments fault diagnosis. 🠢 Installation calibration and loop checking of the field instruments (Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Yokogawa, Radix, Select, Virgo,)

🠢 Configuring and faults diagnosis of DCS, PLC, SCADA, Analyzers and Control Loops. o DCS: Emerson DeltaV 7.4, DeltaV10.3 , Yokogawa Centum VP.

🠢 Converters, controllers, Temperature Transmitter , Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter , Flow Transmitter etc. Field instruments fault diagnosis. 🠢 Maintenance and calibration of the all Field Instruments(PT,FT,LT,CV,XV,TT,PRV,PSV,PG) of Different make Emerson Rosemount,Yokogawa,Selec,Radix,Samson,Dembla,ABB,Virgo,El-o-matic, Precision Controls Pvt Ltd etc

🠢 Maintenance and troubleshooting of EPABX system by Telenet system pvt ltd.

🠢 Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.

🠢 Review of P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, hook-ups.

🠢 Maintenance and calibration of the Weighing Balance.

🠢 Handling all the ISO related Audits in Instrumentation dept. 🠢 Preparing master data sheet for PM schedule

🠢 Daily report preparation and control of department daily performance (downtime, overtime etc.)

🠢 Coordinating Kaizen, 5S, Safety activities like Safety Action Meeting (SAM) , Safety Behavior Observation (SBO) , Near miss Reports and training programmers.

🠢 Preventive & breakdown maintenance of different instruments like PLC, control valves, ON/OFF Valves, actuators, positioner, I/P converters, controllers, Temperature Transmitter , Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter , Flow Transmitter etc. Field instruments fault diagnosis.

🠢 Configuring and faults diagnosis of PLC, SCADA, Analyzers and Control Loops.

🠢 Maintenance and troubleshooting of Vendor Packages like BOSCH, PAKONA ,HASSIA ,MULTIPACK.

🠢 Stock and non-stock inventory management

🠢 Handling all the TPM related Audits in Instrumentation dept.

🠢 Preventive & breakdown maintenance of all CCPs like metal detectors, online coding machines etc

🠢 LLF at periodic defined intervals to ensure smooth running of machine .
