• I worked in the Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Customer Feedback process, and in that process, we were making outbound calls to the customers of AMFBRL who visited the stores recently and provided their feedback and contact details in the tab installed in every store across Pan India.

• To work in the Ministry of External Affairs Passport Application Portal Designed by TCS
• To verify the basic details entered by the citizens mandatorily needed for Passport while taken appointment through online mode only
• To enter their data accurately without any error to provide citizens error free passport
• Capturing Photograph and Biometrics properly
• Through Portal send the accurate data to the Verification Officer of MEA
• Provide Accurate correct information regarding passport to the citizens and handling their queries
