- Client Company- Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Gurgaon
- Staff Management: - For a period of 2 years, was responsible for managing a team of 95 outsource employees of Pro-interactive, stationed at Maruti Suzuki (including Gurgaon, Manesar and Head office)
- Took care of employees ESI, EPF salary preparation and distribution along with Attendance management and coordination with various departments of Maruti Suzuki and Pro-Interactive
- Expat Management: - A Key channel of communication between Japanese expats joining Maruti Suzuki (Engineering, QA & Service) and other divisions such as HR/Admin and ITD to address expats needs based on company policy, related feedback and handling around 80 Japanese expats on regular basis
- Travel Coordination: -Responsible for providing end to end International and domestic travel solutions to Japanese expats posted at Maruti Suzuki India and those who are coming on different projects, such as Ticket booking, Hotel booking, Ringi (approval) preparation, travel advance, bill management etc
- Administration: - (i)Instrumental in process of making Aadhar card and PAN card for all expats
- (ii) Proper cash distribution to all SMC advisors deployed in QA and Engineering verticals
- (iii) End to end solution of banking such as Account opening support, coordination for cash managements of Japanese expats
- HR Support: - (i)Ensure appropriate grievance handling and updates of Japanese expats regarding their residence management and maintenance work in coordination with various MSIL departments and outside vendor teams while expats are staying in India
- (ii) Handling Japanese expat’s various queries, grievances and ensure resolution within offered turnaround time
- (iii) Post completion of Japanese expats tenure, responsible for smooth full and final and hassle free exit
- Medical Support: - (i) Responsible for facilitating COVID test for the Japanese expats visiting India and overseas and providing end to end support during COVID
- (ii) Coordination between doctors and Japanese expats for medical support.
DAILY ACTIVITIES AND SUPPORT
· International and Domestic ticket booking through internal travel vendor for Japanese expats.
· Stay & taxi arrangements for all the Japanese expats visiting MSIL for different projects.
· Preparation of Travel ringis (approvals)
· Travel bill management such asprocessing, settlement and final payment.
· Foreign exchange and cash distribution.
· Taxi requirements and its provision to expats.
· Coordination with Admin and outside vendor for smooth mobile communication for expats.
· Telecommunication and Internet solution for SMC Advisors.
· Medical bills processing and its payment to Japanese expats and for their families as well.
· Post joining support such intranet access and uniform coordination distribution.
· Meeting room management for QA and Engineering vertical.
Finally coordinating and completing of deactivation of SIM Mobile, Bank account closing, and Assets surrendering
