  • Maintained project plans, sprint backlogs, along with project budgets, timelines using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Led and facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and production release planning for the below projects:
  • Managed India Operations project end-to-end, the entire decommissioning of 5 different live legacy applications, that involved manual intervention, to migrate into multiple current new versions of their technologies & now are automated.
  • Managed a java-based web application, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies, which analyzed and filtered out emails going out of Nomura’s domain for security purposes until the lined-up VP/ED approved it.
  • Set up CI/CD pipeline for file system application using shell scripts and integrated tools such as Jenkins, Maven, JIRA, Nexus, Ansible that reduced the manual intervention and the time to deploy from 30 mins to 2 mins.
  • Automated the test case on a dashboard using “Selenium” which resulted in reduction of manual activity by users and saved 3 hours of efforts each day.
