This project presents a language analysis tool that will automate the process of analyzing customer feedback. This tool performs language identification, speech recognition, speaker diarization, speech translation, and sentiment analysis to provide valuable insights to call centers.we integrate various Azure services, such as Azure Cognitive and Language services for language identification, Azure Speech Services for speech recognition and speaker diarization, and Azure Translator Speech API for speech translation. We also use Flask to develop a REST API that integrates these functionalities.
As a member of the Technical team, I played a key role in the TDS Collection project on FCUBS for HDFC . My contributions focused on maintaining the TDS functionality through SQL query management and developing screens using Oracle Flexcube and Oracle Database, along with Java deployments.Working closely with other team members, I played a key part in implementing additional enhancements to the project.
