• Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix environments, addressing performance issues, application delivery failures, and connectivity problems to ensure a high-quality end-user experience.
• Work on monthly patching cycle to perform OS and Office patching for Image-booted server and standalone servers for a smooth environment.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate Citrix solutions with existing infrastructure, ensuring secure access and smooth application delivery by working on remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades of Citrix infrastructure components to maintain security, stability, and compliance with industry standards.
