• Product Development Engineer, focused on providing engineered products for automotive industries in cockpit electronics domain which includes products like Instrumentation Cluster, Audio and Integrated Display (Infotainment) and BIW Parts for all major OEMs across world.
• Experience in structural durability analysis and interpreting its results to provide solutions for failures.
• Discussion on optimization ideas, presenting analysis results to engineering peers and management with ideas of improvement in current designs to avoid mechanical failures.
• Predicting failure modes and prevention methods at earlier stage of development process through DFMEA.
• Have sufficient amount of knowledge related to plastic and metal design.

• As part of product design and development team, studied respiration and condensation phenomenon under two wheeler instrument cluster.
• Performed air flow analysis inside cluster for defining solutions to overcome condensation-related problems like white patch issues on lens.

Indulged in an ongoing research project in the field of manufacturing, smart materials, vibrations which were carried out by the institute. Gained expertise on the analytical and computational approach on linear and non-linear analysis (contact, geometric and material) which includes Normal mode analysis, Frequency Response Analysis and Modal analysis. Projects done under that are as follow :-

• Real time bolt pre-load monitoring using piezoceramic transducers and time reversal technique.
• Studied properties and structure of front dome of Saraswati Veena by using modal analysis.
• Space debris detection using piezoelectric sensors.
• Investigate effects of ultrasonic vibration on tube drawing.
