* Check any abnormality in plant for mechanical, instrument and electrical

and process side.

* Finish product posting in SAP.

* Stock statement at the end of month prepared and compare norms of

each raw materials with standard norms.

* Calculate yield and raw materials consumption and then profit or loss

in SAP.

* Prepared energy consumption report every month after energy statement

received from energy department and energy consumption and monthly

production report sent to account department.

* Safety report generation of every month and sent to safety department.

* Effluent generation report prepared every month and sent to EHS

department.

* Officer and shift in charge schedule prepared every month.

* Department safety meeting organized total six in year.

* SOP prepared as per ISO 9001-2018 for product of all operation like plant flushing, plant start UP.

* Audit for ISO 9001-2018 , 45001-2018 , 14001-2015, 50001-2018.

* New product commissioning with all ISO document and instrument

related jos like DCS logic and sequence, hazzop study, product change

over document and PSSR ( plant start up and safety review ) audit.

* Unit operation monitoring every day like chemical Reaction, Distillation ,

Filtration,Drying , Separation etc.
