- Sand filter, Caustic wash drum and knock out drum erection and alignment, erection of structural spur rack after pre-assembly. Involved in above ground and underground piping, all tie-in with existing facilities, mechanical clearance, hydro test, and its piping box-up.

- Involved in erection of ISBL/OSBL PIPING along with its testing as per LDT. Also involved in mechanical clearance and piping box-up including TIE-IN with existing facilities of all utilities lines ,steam lines like all risers and down comers from P G BOILER TO STEAM DRUM ,APH ,BFW lines, HP/LP STEAM, product and feed lines. Also cleared PSSR punch points and involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up activities of hydrogen plant.
- FABRICATION OF JERP HEATER COILS AND BURNER PIPING
- Heater coils material includes SS347, SS347H, Inconel, A335 P9, and A335 P5. Job involves material inspection, PMI, fit-up check, its joint welding, and preheating, post heating, stress- relieving/stabilizing, pickling passivation of heated joints, final dimension checking and dispatching for site erection.
- VGO -4
- Involved In modification of piping spools. Completed hydro-test, pneumatic test and service test of VGO-4 consisting of 600#, 900# and1500# flanges with high pressure of 274 kg/sq.cm for hydro-test and 6.1 kg/sq.cm for pneumatic test. Responsible for mechanical clearance and final box-up along with liquidating PSSR and UOP punch point for start-up of VGO-4.

Of road crossing completed by HDD/AUGER BORING. Also, foreign LNG pipeline crossing of GAIL and GSPL completed with utmost care and safety.
