I worked under two different Business Units at Flipkart which helped diversify my understanding of end-end operations of a market place driven ecommerce platform:
a) Increased 3PL share of wallet to 25% of platform share through
continuous improvement in service levels peaking at 95% during
my tenure.
b) Developed a ML based Supply and Operations planning tool using parameters like cost, performance, loss and reconciliation metrics at an empirical level (pincode, route, delivery executive)
a) Helped reduce Seller Wrong Return Claims processing time by 33% by building the Seller Claims Validation tool.
b) Managed the end to end experience on Seller Integration platform with focus on on-time delivery of on boarding, Sandbox testing and Go-Live.
c) Launced a low capex, shared warehousing solution (Community Warehouse) for the supplier community to enable quick turnaround on order fulfilment and faster inventory inwarding with lower costs.
