ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promoting continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control and seeking efficiencies in work practices to achieve automation wherever possible.
• Oversee maintenance of PGCC artefact's, reporting and escalating where appropriate, resolving issues, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Worked on project using PowerBi and created a dashboard and the dashboard is successfully went on live.
• Work with IT and Change to establish fit-for-purpose metadata tooling and support it through implementation and into production.
• Validate and accuracy of data received from various sources. Handle escalations and resolve client queries for my team.
• Training and Mentoring Junior members to resolve queries in order build stakeholder relationship.
• Manage Commodities data related incidents, recoveries and represent myself on IRT, TRT and MTM calls.
• Working closely with Product managers, Business Analysts, Developers and other work-related groups
• Take responsibility for data quality, timeliness and completeness, this includes root cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Communicating and liaising with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with clients
• Generating reports, charts, and tables on financial information with help of PowerBi.
• Respond to Financial data queries from both internal and external clients and provide support to stakeholders.
• Responsible for analysis, maintenance & Onboarding of Commodity markets data from several sources
• Monitor and validate Real Time data and raise suspects in proactive manner.
• Working mainly on Eikon Terminal and also on other LSEG products, tools and applications to make sure data flow to IDN (Real Time) and NDA (Time Series).
• Managing ad hoc with stake holders and service desk and client queries.
• Spearheaded internal knowledge-sharing initiative by organizing regular content review sessions and workshops, fostering culture of continuous learning and improvement with in the team.
• Generated and maintained MOW’s to encourage consistent quality of content.

• Accurately providing transportation services for all routes, schedules and navigation rights, and strictly refutes any and all malicious disseminating false and inaccurate information/rumors of embargo sanctions.
• Managing over 50 customer calls per day, have achieved sales by 10%.
