Preparing the Preventive Maintenance (PMP) schedule & Revision of SOP'S related to Process Equipment .
Trouble shooting, Documentation & preventive Maintenance of all process equipment’s like FBP, FBD, BLENDER, COMPRESSION, CAPSULE FILLING, COATING MACHINES, BOTTLE PACKING .
Identifying critical spares and maintenance inventory of spares to prevent sudden breakdown and carryout preventive maintenance of the equipment .
