• Experienced working as Developer and upgrade on TRIRIGA Platform 3.5.1||  Application version 10.3.2  to TRIRIGA Platform 3.5.3 || Application Version 10.5.3

• 1) AEP-II, III Application Devlopment | Year-2017
  -core development for AEP-II and III lease project in 2017, focusing on extensive customization of lease functionality and data migration to TRIRIGA system. Successfully implemented complex requirements and executed flawless data load, resulting in client satisfaction and recognition from project management for delivering a bug-free solution
• 2) AEP Upgrade | Year-2018
  -After Application build AEP project came for upgrade.
  -Successfully we have upgraded TRIRIGA Platform 3.5.1 ||Application version 10.3.2 to TRIRIGA Platform 3.5.3 || Application version 10.5.3.
  - I have received client appreciation and certificate as "Client champion"
• 3) Penske Upgrade| Year-2019
  - Penske was a lease related project
  -Successfully we have upgraded TRIRIGA Platform, Application version and loaded their huge amount of data.
• 4) T-Mobile | June-2019 - Sep-2022
  -T-Mobile was related to the lease project, basically i worked as developer in the project, were i have part of lot of customization in the lease functionality.
  -After successful delivery of the project, they have decided to do data load process by JLL only.
  -T-Mobile data load process:
  -T-mobile send us data, 2 times in single month. (Data contains Leases 20k+, Payments 100k+ )
  -We were built integration like to pick the data from their upstream system and load it the custom tables.
  - We were doing validations before data load, validated data we were loading to the TRIRIGA.
  - Amended leases we were processing from 'Submit For Accounting' to till 'Activation'. For each and every step we have to do the validations using SQL query from database side.
  -I have given KT session for juniors about data load scenarios and fixes.
  -I have learnt more knowledge about SQL queries, it helps me to solve problems quickly.
  -From T-Mobile side i have received lot of appreciation for smart skills and on time data load activity.
• 5) SABB | Jan-2023 - June- 2023
  - SABB was the lease project were i have part of customization, enhancements, data load of the project.
  - In SABB project, I did data load for Portfolio, Lease and payments data.
  - At the end of the project i have individually taken backup of T-tables as per client need and provided them.
  -I got an opportunity to go on site (Saudi Aribia), but due to family conditions i declined the offer.
• 6) Google Space July-2023 - HOP Enhancements - Aug- 2024
  -Google Space - Steady State: Demonstrated excellence in handling multiple Google Space-related tickets, consistently providing prompt and efficient resolutions.
  -Google HOP Enhancements: Developed a crucial feature addressing complex use cases, which greatly benefited the client's business operations. This feature involved creating a report that identifies unused or vacant space based on predefined business rules, significantly impacting resource optimization.
• 7) Google Portfolio planning Scoping (Pio)- Aug- 2024 - Current
  -Google Portfolio Planning Scoping: Collaborated with the Pio technical team to analyze the TPP Data Interface, reverse-engineering data transformations and logic. We successfully applied this logic to TRIRIGA Data Sources, enabling critical data comparison that earned stakeholder trust. This project significantly enhanced my SQL proficiency, allowing me to write and modify complex scripts with confidence.
