1. AM Reporting Automation


Objective : To apply advanced data analysis and Reporting Automation skills to streamline operations and enhance business intelligence.


  • Automated over 70 complex Account Management reports (QBR, Monthly Billing, Inventory, SLA) into Google Sheets within six months, leveraging Etrax and internally developed AppSheet applications.
  • Managed Etrax ETL job uploads, scheduling, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring efficient data processing and reporting.

2. Pending Amazon Actions DB with Python Automation.


Objective : Data visualization that will flash every day, displaying cases parked in PAA buckets along with the relevant classification and parameters.


  • Used Python Pandas and Numpy Libraries to automate the manual reporting process.
  • Created a AWS Quicksight data visualization.
  • Daily database maintenance and ongoing enhancement in accordance with program needs.


3. Detect Data repository


Objective : Requirement of complete Forged cases repository where one can find previously forged Test report details


  • Complete display of the already-onboarded Detect Table is required.
  • The database need to serve as a place to look up previous test reports and documents to see if they were falsified or not.
  • Reviewing the seller's past based on forgeries is possible.
  • Should be used to lessen quality faults and minimize seller fraud.


4. Seller Appeals PAA Data pipeline and Dashboard


Objective : Complete Automated and daily refreshing PAA Data Dashboard as all the required folders are on boarded on AWS redshift already.


  • Need complete SQL query which can fetch complete data for SA which can be fed to ETL.
  • Dashboard creation which can save 40-50 minutes daily NPT of one POC and will showcase complete summary of Pending SA cases.
  • Complete Data analysis of all pending SIMs and reporting to L4 and L5s.


5. MYC project with L6


Objective : Complete Analysis of all the compliance process working in PNQ and BLR node.


  • Through SQL queries, information was obtained from both nodes, including six departments from Hubble.
  • Creating six databases and a comprehensive data story, all of which were combined in a quick analysis to reduce the amount of time needed for compliance procedures.
  • This included calculating the time spent on each case, the number of reopens, the number of handlers engaged, and many other factors.
