Connected Healthcare is a web-based application developed for leading healthcare companies. It is an application that consists of a diagnostic solution for patients on different lab machinery, like X-ray machines, mammography machines, etc.

• Responsibilities
• Managed project deliveries from the testing side by coordinating with the business and development teams.
• Identified quality problems and recommended solutions by performing functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Performed test execution and prepared the test execution report. Documented and tracked the progress in JIRA.
• Developed test scenarios, test cases, and extensively worked on data management and test environment provisioning.
• Executed test procedure documents in JAMA software, and performed all aspects of verifications: functional, user interface, sanity, system retesting, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Participated in technical trainings and workshops to improve skills set and boost overall knowledge.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving product quality.

The Facets and QNXT system is an industry-leading Medicaid solution, handling claims processing efficiently, and delivering effective enrollment and medical management. They are currently helping nearly 60 health plans and touching nearly 17 million lives.

• Monitored bug resolution efforts and tracked successes.
• Worked with off-site teams to complete timely tests and facilitate smooth product releases.
• Created and maintained database of common and known testing defects.
• Monitored and facilitated bug resolutions to optimize software.
