Main /EPC Contractor - Indian adani ventures ltd / Larsen & toubro ltd.

• Facilities covered under this package are tankages consisting of intermediate storage tanks, finished product tanks, LOBS tanks, LPG mounded bullets, propylene bullets, MS blending unit, HSD mixer, chemical dosing packages, Pig launcher/receiver etc.
• Checking and reviewing detailed engineering that have been done by L&T including PFD, P&ID ,Tank Datasheets, pump datasheets, line hydraulics, line list, TSV datasheets, control vale and control narratives, alarm and trip summary, cause and effect diagrams, Heat and material balance, Aspen hysys.
• Documents reviewing by using API std such as, API-650, API-2350, OISD-150, API-2000, API-14E etc.

• Project : CRPO-98 - ZULUF (SAUDI ARAMCO)
• Client : Larsen and Toubro Mumbai.
• Deputed to L&T to work on CRPO-98 & 120 Projects.
• Followed SAUDI ARAMCO standards during projects.
• Working as process engineer to achieve deliverables as per package and scope of work on time.
• Leading the team of Designers (SPPID & MICROSTATION) to carried out deliverables.
• Prepared PFDs, HMBs as per given package.
• Prepared HMBs using ASPEN HYSYS simulation.
• Updated P&IDs of construction and demolition under the scope of work using SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
• Prepared LDT(Line designation table) as per SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
• Line sizing calculations(Single and two phase) by using API 14E.
• Working along with different engineering discipline (Mechanical, Piping and instrumentation) for execution of project.
• Simulation for early, mid and late life of project cycle using ASPEN HYSYS.
• Followed piping material specifications to updated LDT and P&IDS.
• Review and updated documents before submit to the client.
