Managed Buckets - BKT X, BKT 1, and BKT 2 to 5.

Reporting of seven on-roll managers in the Mumbai location.

Each manager handles 4 to 5 collection vendors, with field executives and telecallers. Also, having an in-house collection executives team.

Also handling two call centers with 10 to 12 callers in each call center.

Now I am taking care of the BKT 0 portfolio, which has over 4,000 delinquent cases of consumers.

Having a base target of 97.25%, in which we are achieving a minimum of 97.50% every month.

We follow the process of call and pick-up activity between the 2nd and 13th of every month, in which there is a 100% touch-free collection with a penalty. Sourced are online payments, walk-in branch, available channel partners, etc. After that, we refer to 100% unpaid data on file.

We are collecting a penal (CBC and LPP) average of Rs. 415+, which is the highest in BFL history, and this has been continuous for over the last year. Which positively impacts my and my team's KRA.

Maintaining DRR from day 1, sharing MIS on a daily basis with the last person on the team (vendor email as well as WhatsApp groups).

Portfolio segmentation is based on past payment trends, feedback codes, vintage, fresh/stable, technical/non-technical, and analytics inputs, into focus and feeder lists.

We focused on maximum penal collection, as we are landing in the market with 0% interest. We cover the maximum agency payout, and our salary comes only from the collected penalty amount.

We initiate resolution on the team’s official issues and guide them for better productivity.

Due to the team's healthy environment, the team has started achieving its targets since the last two years without a single month gap.

Taking care that each team member will earn the highest slab of incentives so that the team environment is healthy.

Responsible for the Outsourcing Agency's and field executives' targets.

Resolving escalations within a turnaround time of 24 hours. Time and collecting money.

Make plans for the month according to festivals and government holidays.

Achieving targets on a month-to-month basis.

Handling legal activity under Section 17, Sec. 138, and property attachment.

Maintain the legal MIS, and with the help of this legal system, try to crack the cases.

Also handled the HL product for 2 to 3 months.

Report to the manager for all the cases. Handle a total of 150 to 175 cases in the month. If there is any dispute, then a joint visit with the concerned manager on those cases is necessary.
