• Routine Responsibility is to cross verify the Inductive Data Difference Report & Financial Data Difference i.e., ICRD (Internal Credit Risk desktop) against ACBS (Automated commercial banking system) Middle office system &this is for the service units we work for.
• No Billing Report - verify if the invoices are dropped for the dues regularly in the system is it valid if not mail to processor for quality assurance to meet appropriate standards and facilitate improvement of processes.
• Validate past dues for interest and principal amounts and clear the report to minimize risk events by following the procedure required for each exception in the substantiation report.
• Additional responsibilities movements of shared drive files to Deal works & Updating volume tracker sending mail to Team
• Backend Maintenance of loans working on predictive reports, Exception reporting

. ● Handling/participating internal related process queries & additional information seeking from the client, projects assigned from time to time, In floor support for teammates & initiative of training the new joiners.

● Involving in diligently to work on foreign exchange settlement details screening on various trade systems & also ensured that the works were done within the time limits & making payments for customer’s invoice

● Claim adjudication, claim posting and any reimbursement claim with updating the renewal information and maintaining the Health insurance policies & and verifying status from the website and update them.

● Cross verifying the payment status from the website & do the reimbursement, ensure that payments are distributed accurately.
