• Functional Proficiency: Pre-sales activities such as Inquiry and Quotation.
• Proficient in Business processes like OTC Process, Consignment Process, and Third Party process.
• Good working knowledge in Integration of SD-FI and SD-MM.
• Worked on Customer complaints, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Returns. Have knowledge about Cash Sales, Rush Sales.
• Good Knowledge on Shipping, Billing and Pricing.
