• Successfully performed Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for the implementation of SCADA & Energy Management System (EMS) at Power Grid Company of Bangladesh, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and operational readiness of the national grid infrastructure.
• Completion of Factory Acceptance Test(IT Infra and Cyber Security) of Nepal Electricity Authority phase II Design, Supply, Installation, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of Substation Automation System (SAS) for Existing Grid Substations of six grid division office across Nepal.
• Establishment of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security hardening of SCADA supported Distribution Control Center for Ceylon Electricity Board Western Province.
• Successfully designed the network architecture for Odisha Power Transmission Ltd, enhancing their operational efficiency and reliability.
• Configured and maintained network monitoring using ManageEngine OpManager; handled patch management via Patch Manager Plus and Endpoint Central; deployed and managed endpoint security solutions including Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security Manager.
• Led deployment of control center network infrastructure, including routing, switching, OSPF, and firewall configurations; implemented ICCP communication between main and backup control centers and established RTU-to-CFE server communication across substations.
• Configured and managed Active Directory infrastructure, including DNS services and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for centralized user, security, and system management.
• Performed vulnerability scanning using Nessus, analyzed and mitigated critical findings; executed security hardening of network infrastructure by implementing AAA (authentication, authorization, accounting), enabling centralized logging (syslog), shutting down unused ports, disabling insecure services, enforcing password policies, applying firmware/patch updates, and securing management access (SSH, SNMPv3).

  SCADA/EMS upgradation for SLDCs and RLDC including NRLDC (GRID INDIA), DTL, HVPNL, HP, J&K PDD, UP SLDC, PTCUL, BBMB, PSTCL, and RRVPNL.
• ULDC Phase-III – Eastern Region (GRID INDIA and State Utilities)
  SCADA/EMS upgradation for SLDCs and RLDC including ERLDC (GRID INDIA), WBSETCL, DVC, OPTCL, SIKKIM, BSPTCL, and JUSNL.
• SLDC cum REMC – UT of Ladakh
  Establishment of State Load Dispatch Centre (SLDC) cum Renewable Energy Management Centre (REMC) for Power Development Department, UT of Ladakh.

  Establishment of State Transmission Asset Management Centre (STAMC) for remote control and monitoring of grid substations.
• HPPTCL Joint Control Centre
  Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Main and Backup Joint Control Centres for remote operation and control of substations on a turnkey basis.

• Supported daily network operations for enterprise and service provider clients, resolving critical alerts within SLA.
• Handled incident response and post-incident review reports for network outages.
• Maintained and monitored routing protocols (BGP/OSPF) and traffic flows using Wireshark/NMS tools.
• Engaged with Fortinet, Cisco, and Juniper devices for ACLs, VPNs, firewall rules, and NAT configurations.
• Participated in audit & compliance reviews, especially around ISO 27001 and network segmentation.
• Configured L3 interfaces and provided tier-2 troubleshooting on issues ranging from peering to cloud connectivity.
