• I Worked on requirements gathering, requirement specification from Watertown team.

• Conducting project kick off meeting with US & FEA team regarding the input, output, bought out items & Timeline plans.

• Preparation of 3D layouts in SW.

• During layout preparation, Calculations done for structures sizing, bolt sizing, Cg calculation for weight study.

• Once model is finalized then validation from FEA team, Continuous support to FEA team to resolve the stresses on joints until clear.

• Preparation of final 3D and Detailing.

• Prepared the BOM required for the project.

• Check in the model and drawings to PDM by assigning ECN

• Creating the ECN header sheet with respect to sub level assemblies.

Key projects at Aaditya Mechatronics - Marshalling Boxes, RTCC Panels & Surface Grinding Machine.

The Marshalling Box / Panel is the master control panel for protection of devices. Normally it is situated next to the transformer. It Contains OTI, WTI, Heater switch, MCB & Contactors. These Panels comes with a see through glass door to allow easy visibility of the instruments & Temp Readings. 

RTCC Panels stands for Remote Tap Changer Control. They are used to control the transformer output voltage by controlling On load tap changer and it is responsible to change the Transformer output voltage. 

Surface grinding machine used to provide precision surfaces, either to a critical size or for the surface finish. In this project I supported mainly Development & Assembling the child parts, check the performance of product and take a note of all the difficulties faced during the assembly and implementing in the child parts in order to make the assembly easier for operator in production line. 

Key projects at Jai Chamundi Tech Pvt Ltd. -

Hydraulic power units & Manifolds, A Hydraulic power pack is a stand alone assembly consisting of a drive motor, hydraulic pump and hydraulic fluid tank. The drive motor is connected to the hydraulic pump via shaft and drives this. The motor and pump can be installed on the tank as well as inside the tank in oil. The tank size, withdrawal feed and critical flow speeds depend on the task and application and must be configured accordingly. Common components used in HPU are Valves, Filter, Oil cooler, Pressure-Limiting valves etc.

 

Key projects at Terex India R&D Center -

XT Pro Welding fixture, TM TT Machining fixture, Shipping Carts, CV CP Bolt on and Gen 65/80 NPD. 

XT Pro weld fixture is a Single fixture which uses to weld the knuckle weldment to all four XT pro upper boom variants. Two variants are of LH side and other two of RH side and each one in RH side and LH side has a different mounting angle.

TM TT Machining fixture which uses to machine the bearing mounting surface and bore the pivot of the Turntable. Machining and boring need to done on perpendicular faces of turntable, fixture rotates the TT by 90 degree and holds it firmly to complete both machining operations.

Shipping racks are used to transport items from one place to another place or to store items in storage yard. Here I worked on communizing Optima and Digger C4000 Booms shipping carts.

Command posts are the centers of operations for command and control during routine operations and Emergencies of machine. Here scope is to change the existing Weld on design CP to Bolt on. Earlier each variant of digger machine has its own kind of CP. Worked on communizing into one CP.

General Series transmission digger derrick is known as the original derrick to get work done under the toughest working conditions. Earlier all Gen series machines were weld on design machines, in this project main aim is to eliminate welds and make them bolted connections.
