• In my role as a Registered Nurse, I worked directly under a physician, serving as a Physician Assistant. My key responsibilities include.
• Assisting the doctor during outpatient consultations by managing patient flow, preparing case notes, and supporting clinical assessments.
• Preparing detailed ultrasound reports and maintaining patients' records.
• Coordinating with the registration, laboratory, pharmacy, and nursing departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Assisted the physician during endoscopic procedures, and provided support during minor surgical interventions, ensuring aseptic techniques and patient comfort.

• During the first three years of my undergraduate nursing program, I completed regular clinical postings at Karnataka Medical College and Research Institute (KMC-RI).
• These postings covered various departments and specialties, providing hands-on experience in patient care and nursing procedures. My rotations included:

1) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): 1 month.

• Gained experience in neonatal care, monitoring vital signs, managing incubators and phototherapy, and supporting nursing staff in critical care settings.

2) Semi-Private Ward: 1 month.

• Provided nursing care to patients, managed daily assessments, administered medications, and assisted the doctor in wound dressing.

3) West Wing ICU: 1 month.

• Assisted in the management of critically ill adult patients, monitored vital signs, provided daily grooming care, monitored input and output, and managed NG tube feeding, as well as supported emergency interventions under supervision.
