Programming and Optimization: Develop G-code, use CAM software (like Autodesk PowerMill and HSM) to program machines, optimize tool paths, and improve cycle times for various materials and complex parts.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues, provide phone or on-site support, resolve operational problems, and maintain machine performance at customer sites.
