While undergoing training at DGVCL Surat, we learnt a lot of practical  aspect. Our Theoretical knowledge was exposed here practically. This  training helped us to understand the basic concept of the power  distribution. During this period, we became aware of the Problem faced  in the company and also of the working environment of the company.

Automatic phase changer

This project is developed for the users to change the  phase when voltage is available in any one or two  phases in three phase applications. And you want to  work your equipment on normal rating voltage. 

Automatic Phase Changer automatically changes the  phase as the name suggests. In three phase power  system 3 inputs of Automatic Phase Changer circuit  are connected to three phases of the system and its  three output are connected in three different loads.  These three loads always need their normal rated  voltage for proper operation. 

Result observed that if voltage of any phase goes  below to the normal rating the loads may interrupt.  Here, Automatic Phase Changer comes into action.  When a Phase voltage goes below its normal rating,  Automatic Phase Changer provides correct level of  voltage to the load connected to that phase.
