F5 Load Balancing:

1. Tech Involved: Servicenow, Cyberark, Putty, F5 GTM, F5 LTM, Wireshark and Infoblox.

2. Impact: Managed to provide smooth running of multiple applications across client network, thus avoiding any service impacts and giving a good customer experience.

3. Carried out critical production level implementations at F5 end which require engaging multiple application teams across the organization, also supporting implementations for other teams requiring F5 support.

4. Carried out multiple production level certificate renewals for customer facing applications and was given a role of SPOC for the production certificate renewal activities for the WIPRO RTB Team.

5. Carried out multiple F5 production and pre-production device upgrades which handle multiple customer facing applications. And was assigned a role of SPOC for upgrade team.

6. Got Exposure to F5 Load Balancer and started working as a F5 Engineer supporting day to day activities and troubleshooting network related issues requiring F5 support.

7. Troubleshot many high severity issues for client and figured out the root cause followed by making configuration changes at F5 to avoid such issues in future and was appreciated by the customers.

8. Had regular discussions with onshore senior managers on different ways how the services can be improved.

9. I've been promoted from "Run the Bank (RTB) - supports day to day activities to "Change the Bank (CTB) - performing critical changes.
