1. CNC Wire EDM Technician : MITHUBISHI-BA8,FA10S,FA20S,FA20PS,MV1200R,MV1200S,MV2400R, MV2400S, 2. CNC Sinker EDM Technician: MITHUBISHI -EA8 , EA12V (BASIC KNOWLODGE) MITHUBISHI - ED200MR (Edm drill)

JOB RESPONSIPILITIES:

• Programming as per drawing by CAD MACRO software
• Job setting stage wise inspection of precision parts
• Have material knowledge to handle different kind of materials
• Use of measuring tools to inspect parts
• Have knowledge on first part approval process.
• Monitoring of EDM operational consumables Machine consumables
• Preventive maintenance of EDM machine
• I am able to work in shifts co-ordinate with other shift EDM operators
• Understanding of safety rules and regulations, 5S, and continuous improvement concepts.

I have worked on different kind of machine as MAKINO (SP 43,U6)

• Acted as a SODICK (AG600L,AQ535L ,AGI CHARMILLS (CUT 30P)in group projects, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
