Operate CMM machines (Hexagon) for dimensional inspection of components. Create, modify, and optimize CMM programs using PCDMIS Load and run existing part programs for repeated inspection tasks. Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and tolerances. Maintain the machine calibration schedule and coordinate with service teams. Ensure all measuring equipment and gauges are within valid calibration periods and to store the limit samples and master samples. To maintain the list of drawings & MSOP for the Measurements. Perform firstarticle inspection (FAI), inprocess inspection, and final inspection. Work with production teams to resolve quality issues. Reduce cycle time by optimizing CMM paths and strategies. Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and QMS activities.
