  • Conducting internal payroll audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies, rectify errors, and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Liaises with auditors and manages payroll internal and external audits. (Deloitte & PWC)
  • Responsible for sending an email to all employees at the beginning and end of the year for their tax method change, investment declarations, and proof uploading for the FY.
  • For expats, monthly tax will be deducted on a Tax Override basis until February. In March, expats withholding taxes (ESOP, HRA, Kids School fees, and Driver salary) will be deducted.
  • Creating ESIC and UAN numbers in the respective portal for new joiners, allotment of UAN, seeding Aadhaar, preparing ECR, COC, and filing IW1.
  • Ensure that all payroll compliances such as TDS, ESI, PF, PT, LWF, SE, NPS & SAF (in LIC) and Form 16 are remitted and maintained, and that Form 16 is released promptly to employees.
  • Acting as a bridge between the vendor and expats regarding their FRRO registration, visa extension, and family registration documentation process within the timeline.
  • Verification of all the no dues from employee and issuing relieving letter, Form 16, Pay slips & computation sheets.
  • Liaising with various stake holder to close all the no dues & coordinating with the exit employees for the superannuation claim on time. Review and update all legal registers/documents/certificates/license time to time by communicating with the relevant authorities.
  • Conduct in house training for all employees on OH&S, EMS, fire safety, and grievance etc at appropriate intervals.
  • Preparation of various reports HR & MIS and meeting established deadlines for submission.
  • Responsible for preparing MIS reports weekly/ monthly related to the assignment. Preparation of PPT/ reports for periodic reviews and responsible for HR dashboard & attrition analysis and report and monitor action plan for better employee retention.
  • GPA, GMC, GLTI renewal master data collection every year for insurance enrollment and newborn addition & newly married spouse shared to insurance within 30 days.
