  • Creating sales quote, budgetary quotes, modification of quotes based on customer request and validating the quotes as per requirement.
  • Part of Global Quality Auditing team to ensure providing accurate quote to customer.
  • Research customer order problems and work with internal customers to ensure the order is fulfilled according to agreed turnaround times.
  • Escalate all delays to internal groups as appropriate.
  • Working with the sales team to provide quotes (proactive/reactive) for the following products: Connectix (switches), V-max/Power-max, DPS, ECS, Vx-rail, VNX, and V-Plex.
  • Monitor the group email account to ensure that requests are completed according to agreed turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with Data & Compliance teams to monitor and resolve the errors.
  • Managing team queue by periodically checking the case status and assigning cases based on priority and FIFO.
  • Provide assistance and mentorship to new recruits and less experienced members of staff and also act as SME for any process related queries.
  • Preparing daily reports of the team completion counts, TAT pending cases and individual status.
  • Being part of UAT and PIT testing to enhance quoting tools.
  • Creating quotes and submitting order forms to permission access.
  • On the job trainings for new hires, helped them understand process and meet their goals.
  • Performing Quality Check for entire region.
  • Part on Learning and Development core team, provided inputs on various L&D activities and organised events.
  • Managing case allocation under SFDC tool on a timely basis.
  • Provided innovation ideas to have 'Bulk upload' under RQF (Oracle tool).
  • Participated in Sophia enhancement (Quoting tool).
  • First Runners-Up Hackathon 2.0 – for Individual Development Plan (IDP).
  • Being part of Employee Engagement team for organising events and also member of Employee Rescue Group (ERG) and been a part of a drive for women in action.
