1. BOMBARDIER G7500 AIRCRAFT WING DRILL TEMPLATES DESIGN:
Design of Drill Plates and Templates for complete Wing structures - Trailing edge, Leading edge, Flaps, Shroud Panels and Skin Panels are to be drilled for fasteners. Design Drill Templates from scratch at required locations using CATIA.
2. STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS DESIGN OF BOMBARDIER GLOBAL 7500 Flight
The objective of this project is to design structural components of wing such as fairings, shrouds, ribs, bracket installations as per AIRBUS Standards in CATIA V5. Following the design of detail parts, assemblies and installations are created and appropriate fasteners are selected. Repair solutions are provided by preparing Non- Incorporated Engineering Orders to manufacturing engineers request in collaboration with stress team. Creating engineering change requests for efficient design of components.
3. Primary Avionics Configuration files using Avionics Partition Editor Tool(APET) for AIRBUS A220.
This project will create the Primary Avionics Configuration files in order to customize the Avionics System to a particular option configuration. For this the Avionics Configuration Files are considered to be the Aircraft Personality Module(APM) Third Party and Option files and the Terrain Awareness & Warning System (TAWS) Customer Selectable Option (CSO) files.
4. STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS DESIGN OF AIRBUS A220 Flight:
The objective of this project is to design structural components of Sensing elements, non bleed and bleed ducts as per AIRBUS Standards in CATIA V5. Following the design of detail parts, assemblies and installations are created and appropriate fasteners are selected. Creating engineering change requests for efficient design of components.
5. ZERO NON COMPLIANCE AND NORMALIZATION PROJECT:
The objective of this project is to study in detail the requirement of any 2D drawing for Renault cars and to analyze the design notes and the regulations of the components like the recycling and flammability regulations etc. Technical understanding of GD norms, regulations, HCPP and material label. Studying in detail design requirements and verifying the design standards as per RENAULT. Verifying each and every part Design attribute. Responsible for Approval and Rejection of 2D drawings. Signing the approval of drawing.
6. AISEE AUTOMATION PROJECT:
The objective of this project is Automate the drawing checks (RBM) with the use of Machine Learning and Deep learning algorithms. My role in the project is to check the accuracy of the drawing checks performed by algorithms. Manually Comparing the output of the algorithm with the Drawing output and calculating the accuracy for all the checks (RBM). Regularly Interacting with Data scientists and used to Guide in drawing technical aspects, Prepare the Visualization plots for all the checks, and present to the Top management of the department and IT people.
