Project 1: SQL Server Administration, Always on HA,

• Upgrades & Migration: Experienced in the installation of MS SQL Server 2016 and 2019 in standalone and clustered environments.
• High Availability: We are configuring Always on High Availability, ensuring maximum uptime for critical applications.
• Replication: Managing SQL Server replication to ensure data consistency across multiple nodes.
• Multilayer Architecture: Implementing a 5-layer architecture configuration to optimize performance and scalability.
• Monitoring: Continuous monitoring is in place to guarantee 100% uptime and proactive issue detection on the platform with help of Dynatrace, newrelic. Making PowerBI dashboards visually using various data storages and ensuring that real-time data is provided to keep customers informed.
• On-Call Support: Providing on-call support for any urgent system issues or queries.
• IIS & Load Balancer Configuration: Configuring and managing the IIS layer application and load balancer to ensure seamless performance and traffic distribution.

Project 2: MariaDB & RHEL Administration, Service Now Cloud Admin

• MariaDB Installation & Upgrades: Installing and upgrading MariaDB to the latest supported version, including applying the latest patches.
• Scripting: Creating and maintaining scripts for daily MariaDB administration tasks.
• RHEL OS Installation & Patching: Installing RHEL OS and applying patches to mitigate vulnerabilities, ensuring the platform's stability and security.
• Availability: Ensuring 100% availability of platform by performing regular checks and preventive maintenance.
• ServiceNow Administration: Managing administration, upgrades, and patching activities for ServiceNow to ensure continued performance.
• JDK Installation & Scripting: Installing JDK and scripting daily administrative tasks for improved efficiency.
• My expertise in monitoring applications with Dynatrace, NewRelic, ECK, and Prometheus allows me to use APM to track user app data and provide insights into application usage. I am capable of working with Docker, automating script work with Jenkins, and creating containers in Kubernetes and able to manage the platform in Azure with the help of IaaS.

Project 3: Oracle Cloud Database Integration

• Database Upgrades & Restarts: Performing upgrades and restarts of Oracle Cloud databases to maintain optimal performance and stability.

• Install and Configure SQL Server 2005/2008/2008R2/2012/2014/2016 on Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 and 2012/R2 servers. Service pack installation and security fix.
• Upgrade/Migration of MS SQL Server 2000 to 2005, 2008, 2012 & 2016 using suitable approach
• Transfer of logins, Jobs & Maintenance plans across SQL Server instances.
• Worked on High availability options like Mirroring, Replication, Clustering and Always on.
• Monitored and modified Performance using execution plans and Index tuning
• Handling many performance issues by enabling extended events with appropriate parameters.
• Troubleshoots and debugs to identify RCA, other failures. Participates/influences on corporate projects and initiatives regarding Database Management.
• Prepared and provided Knowledge based documents to the client.
• Configured and implemented Linked servers between SQL Server to different environments.
• Worked with Project manager and provided best value-added improvements to the client.
• Handling suspect database issues and resolving them with minimal data loss.
