Carelines application managed all the customer queries, feedback and complaints about a product or a brand for our client Unilever and other third-party users. Worldwide, this application is employed in numerous markets and nations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed automation for manual processes using Flows and Process Builders reducing manual overhead
• Involved in writing and debugging SOQL queries for standard and custom objects
• Implemented alert rule mechanism using Apex triggers
• Implemented the right permission sets and profiles on our clients to reduce their wait time
• Responsible for developing surveys for our customers globally using Qualtrics
• Deployed objects, fields, workflows, Process builders using Change Sets
• Involved in data migration activities using data loader, and import wizard
• Involved in the production of reports and the use of dashboards to summarize data
• Deployed Email-to-Case functionality for users which would create cases in Salesforce when the consumers reach out via email
• Mentored and trained two new joiners on the end-to-end process and provided KT on our application.
