1. Hands on Working Experience in Precision Component Manufacturing Industry as Quality assurance.
2. Responsible for ensuring the quality in Incoming, FOA inspection, In-process and Final inspection.
3. Introduced advanced Automation techniques in Production line for part traceability.
4. Applies advanced quality planning techniques such as SPC, Control plan and Measurement system analysis (MSA) to evaluate and improve suppliers to produce quality parts with stable process.
5. Responsible for identifying Non-conforming items and initiating for corrective and preventive actions for the customer complaints.
6. Capable in handling accuracy equipment’s like Contour Tracer, Roughness Tester, Video Measuring System, Renishaw equator and CMM.
7. Giving ideas for improvements (kaizens) for improving process.
7 QC Tools
1. Qualifying the parts and passing for next stage (by carrying out first off inspection, in process inspection, setup approval during any process or tool changes).
2. Maintain Quality control & inspect the Parts according tocustomer drawing.
3. Work with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.
4. Developing new trails process methods for better quality.
5. Monitoring SPC (statistical process control) in productionline.
6. Improve, Monitor and report the supplier performance to the management on monthly basis.
