In charge of Admission Processing and Transfer credit
• Lead a team of 21 employees, including 2 Team Leader , 3 specialist ,16 officers including 3 International Arabic officers
• Monitor and supervise Admission Processing and Transfer credit Process
• Oversee CRM (Dynamics 365) operations in regards to Applicant/student records
• Maintain and develop KPI’s
• Continuously work to improve existing processes
• Work directly with Admission Advising team
