• Interacting with the client/business and understanding their requirements actively
• Collaborating with team and managing them to meet on time deliverables
• Providing solution for the incidents which often happening in production
• Proactively working on improvement process and automation to makes easier life for operations support
• Developing and implementing ETL pipelines in Azure ADF
• Enhancing and optimizing the legacy jobs in production and improving the performance
• Reviewing and testing the pipelines, fixing bugs (if any) with regards to project
• And ensuring the pipelines deploying into production on time.

Project’s: Data Operations (ESEAP)

Client : Duetsche Bank(Germany)

• Setting up daily huddles to discuss about outstanding issues and discover ways to get rid of it
• Regularly verifying the ticketing tools and distributing across team and getting their progress updates in huddle/status calls
• Leading the team at offshore to ensure all deliverables completion on time to meet customer expectation on daily basis
• And supporting the team in all technical perspective and ensure proper knowledge session is arranged regularly
• Working on High Severity tickets(P1/P2) and collaborating with other teams and resolving the issue within SLA
• Decision to streamline any type of Ad-hoc work request from fellow team with the stipulated timeline so that our BAU should not be interrupted
• Interacting with customers queries, doing Impact assessment & providing feasible solution in production
• Coordinating with relevant teams/people on any DR activity/major system outage to ensure all plans are prepared well in hand and execute them successfully.

Project’s: Data Operations(OMNIA)

Client: Commonwealth Bank of Australia

• Attending all operational walkthrough conducted by different project teams and providing the solution/guidelines which brings efficient support from ops team
• Reviewing and updating the OLA/Operational manual on active basis by coordinating with relevant teams/people
• Conducting multiple Knowledge Transfer sessions across all team members which includes L1 and L2 operations
• Understanding the client requirements and ensure it is strictly followed by the team who is working in 24*7 Environment
• Assigning balanced team members in shifts to handle any emergency outages or any other type of minor/major issues Setting up daily huddles to discuss about outstanding issues and discover ways to get rid of it
• Regularly verifying the ticketing tools and distributing across team and getting their progress updates in huddle/status calls
• Guiding the team whenever they are being faced with challenges during the issue analysis.Acting as bridge between offshore and onsite, so that team whomsoever reaches out for any type of suggestions

• Performing the root cause analysis of the incident/problems raised by the users and provide resolution to those tickets within the specified ETA (Estimated Turnaround Time)

Client: Commonwealth Bank of Australia

1.OPEN BANKING:

Description: Open banking is a banking practice that provides third-party financial service providers open access to consumer banking, transaction, and other financial data from banks and non-bank financial institutions through the use of application programming interfaces (APIs).

Responsibilities:

• Extracting the account-customers and customers and products data from different sources system.
• Creation of data models and performing the ETL activities.
• Performed the ETL operations using spark.
• Managing Database using functions.
• Reviewed & Tested packages, fixing bugs (if any) with regards to project.
• Deployed the package into production.
• Interacting with the client and the business and providing solution of incidents which happening in production.

2.SMARTER BANKING:

Description: Smarter Banking’s objective is to help improve the financial wellbeing of customer by providing capability to:1) enable them to manage their bills i.e provide them with a holistic view and send them timely remainders/notification for upcoming bills 2) give them a visual experience of their cash flow i.e how much of their money spent vs being saved.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of one of intermediate data models using SPARK framework and performing the ETL activities.
• Integrating all the module component and testing E2E data flow in development phase.
• Deployed the autosys and code change to the production by coordinating with release/ops team.
• Validating the test results and supported the production release E2E flow.
• Deployed shell script for monitoring all jobs in production and notify the status mail automatically to interested parties daily. That’s help to reduce manual efforts for ops.
