- Handling various CKD projects for the Royal Enfield motorcycle manufacturing as part of global manufacturing CKD projects such as Argentina CKD and Colombia CKD.
- Ensuring the CKD facility availability to meet the CKD volume of Argentina and Colombia as well as Inhouse.
- Ensure and coordinating the assembly fixture availability for new model introduction in Argentina and Colombia.
- Finalizing the local content requirement based on the country regulation and sign off with sourcing lead, getting the development plan and tracking.
- Understanding the country regulation completely and fulfill the mandatory requirement along with stake holders.
- Collaborated with Colombia paint supplier,assembler and internal stake holder for on time completion paint development which was mandatory requirement for Colombia CKD manufacturing.
- Supported Argentina and Colombia assemblers for the timely supply of cushion parts, this has helped for flawless production.
