- Piping: Execution of pipelines, including 1200m Dedicated Nitrogen line from Refinery 3 to DCU over pipe rack, Rerouting of 24’’ fire water line and 6’’ service water line due to piling work for BS-6 fuel project and hook up proposed line with existing live line, laying of Underground pipelines and visual inspection of wrap coating.
- Assist hot tapping of kerosene line.
- Boiler Maintenance: During annual overhauling execution of jobs as per inspection work list like replacement of corroded AHU tubes, super heating coil bends, gaskets, man entry gaskets, sample piece, repair/replacement of valves, removal of sludge on AHU tubes, Economizer coil and inside combustion chamber, fixing of flue gas leaks from AHU, Economizer and steam leak, fix pin holes, and other leaks which are visually identified by soap oil testing.
- Co-ordinate with inspection during fit up clearance, root weld clearance, penetrant test, hydro test, Ultrasonic test.
- Permit receiving for hot work, cold work, height work, confined space/vessel entry and excavation.
- Scaffolding supervisor at Plant 77 DHDS Revamp project.
- Scaffolding erection and dismantling for welding, RT, insulation, inspection inside equipment, loading catalyst in reactor, pre commissioning activities like flushing and cardboard blasting.
- Managing skilled and unskilled workers for efficient work progress.
- Ensure availability of materials for steady progress.
- Conduct Toolbox talk and responsible for site safety.
- Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report), reporting to client, getting measurements certified.
