SONY GPW Technical Support Managed Service, 2019-06-01, Support project involves incident handling and extensive enhancements for the existing objects. Objects include reports, module pool, workflow, enhancements, BDC, Smart forms, Adobe forms., Incident handing, bug fixes and enhancements in RICEFW objects. Handling files in UNIX during batch hold and monthly release window. Modification of UNIX shell scripts responsible for the input and output of files to informatica, web methods. Implementation of multiple sub-projects, Infoprint, 2019-07-01, 2020-08-01, Enhancement of 150+ sapscripts which are primarily used for invoice and other billing and legal outputs, to suit for the new printer introduced. Changes involves multiple layout changes, also new sap script development for new languages as per business requirements. Completed the enhancement with zero defects and enabling the smooth transfer to new output device., Tumbleweed, web methods to Informatica, 2021-04-01, 2022-03-01, Handled the project as a sole technical person from sap end and lead this with many challenges and successfully delivered it on time as per IMFT request. Successfully Delivered objects in 5 sprints with each sprint went-live on second week on every month. Worked with more than 40 interfaces for both outbound and inbound interfaces from SAP side successfully without any issues. Around 70 + SNA UNIX Shell scripts code changes has been done and repointed the host connection, user, and folder path to new IMFT connection from Tumbleweed. Tested all the connectivity and the data that is transferred in file with the new changes in non-prod environment for both inbound and outbound for all the interfaces. Delivered the project on time with good testing and documentation. After went- live with every sprint, the SAP folders path is monitoring for both the inbound and outbound interfaces. Worked on weekend MT window- around 30+ scripts to fix multiple job failures in production due to issue happened in IMFT End (Host name changes happened from Informatica end for another process from IMFT end. Bunduq – CR Implementation, 14, 2015-11-01, 2016-06-01, Change requests implementation project which had various developments in RICEFW, Webdynpro ABAP and few enhancements for the existing objects.
