• Process Flow set up
• Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and process
• Provide the technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality assurance and Testing
• Conduct the RAM meeting based on the month plan for new products & program focus on quality take a call out with buyers.
• Assessing the quality of the product or services through a variety of stress tests
• Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality.
• Reporting on the quality of products and process.
• Working with management teams to provide recommendation and solutions to quality issue's.
• Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues.
• Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. this includes testing tools for functional performance , automation, etc..
• Staying up to date with new quality techniques and methods.
• Onboarding and training new QC & QA team members
• Participate in interviews induction, training and performance evaluation of all QA leads.
• Managing waste in production and improving efficiency within production processes.
• Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders
• Direct the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing.
• Analyze the Product & Process matrix along with team & relevant department for continues improvement.
• Responsible for ensuring that each part of the manufacturing process meets the standards based on plan & RAM.
• Implementing and executing inspection, testing and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to Buyer & Factory requirements.
• Ensure the all standards from Fabric to End customer of as per Buyer requirements.
• Review the reports & cross functioning for online inspection of all incoming inventory materials Fabric & all trims & accessories
• Understanding the customer standards & ensure the deliverance of goods as per customer standards and implement or suggest methods in quality standards.
• Responsible for the all testing standards & shade matching & approving the lot approvals compare with internal & External Testing reports.
• Report review mechanism & weekly meeting conduct based on quality complaint
• KPI review with team for achievement & goal set up
• Project allocating based on failures
• We will implement the system based on Lean concept/ little kaizan improvement
• New developments follow up and based on control the Quality.
