Metric Improvements - Reduction of TAT for the external SIM raised, @Sutherland, Analyzed data and identified that the tickets raised were being assigned to single category manager which were supposed to be assigned to respective GL category managers. Reached out to client team for fixing the bug and in the mean while arrested the opportunity with existing resources as a temporary fix. The fix saved a huge dip on impact and improved 230 BPS in the metrics(PAA).
2. ROOS ASINs Suppression, @Amazon, Developed a mechanism to identify the suppressed ASINS from ROOS ASINs and created a workflow to resolve suppression issues in the future. Initiated a monthly proactive cleanup to identify and fix ROOS-suppressed ASINs. Awarded with an 'Extra Mile Award' in 03/22.
3. Quarantine SAS Reduction, @Amazon, Worked on quarantine F-grade ASINs in softline categories and fixed around 7k ASINs using an image copy cover option and photo shoot process. Awarded with 'Above and beyond' for the contribution.
4. SEO UDE, @Amazon, Worked on updating a suitable leaf node for the ASINs, which helps customers on site to look for the exact product. Identified that the fix can be made from vendor/seller end so that the team no longer needed to work on leaf node updates. Submitted an idea to modify the existing new product template submission to make the lead node attribute marked as mandatory value.
