I feel that my experience and skills, including mathematics, SAP, writing, public speaking, training of employees, material flow, communication, punctuality and familiarization with many processes within the plant would lend well to my success as Training Coordinator.
I started as a transfer press operator where I was certified in the safe operation of hoists and overhead cranes.
I also learned many other positions including: Heavy Duty, Crimp,
2 Inch Adjustable, Hand Assembly, Wheelabrator, Injection, T1XX light Duty, the operation of the Rep Presses, Material Handling, and Line Support.
While serving as Line Support I gained extensive knowledge of the SAP system and how material flows through the plant.
I also learned the use of micrometers and other gauges while utilizing strong mathematical skills; skills I could expand as I eagerly learn more about quality.
Due to sustaining a serious injury I was discharged before completing all training, however I learned many skills during basic training that I feel would contribute to my success as a training coordinator.
I learned to speak with confidence and clarity to my superiors.
I learned to think quickly and with surety on my feet in stressful situations.
I learned the importance of teamwork and appropriate delegation of suitable tasks.
