• Automated regression runs for maintenance releases and have released tools reducing manual effort to greater extent
• Roles include ensuring product stability when any new functionality is added
• Preparation of UNIX areas for regression testing and TAFJ T24 releases
• Providing Temp release cut to client for upgrade from any lower to higher release
• T24 latest releases around 30 releases
• Providing AMR (Annual Maintenance Release) cut to client upgrading from R19 TAFJ to R22 TAFJ
• Configuration and LINUX environment of T24 New browsers and Old Browser (T24 Browser war deployments) Web servers – JBOSS
• COB execution (both Phantom mode and Debug mode) and continuous monitor, extensive support on isolating issues occurred during COB run
• Installation of New Products (T24 Modules) in TAFC and TAFJ
• T24 user management for User profile creation and password reset
• Troubleshooting T24 Browser and LINUX Environment related issues
• T24 Updates installation in both TAFC/TAFJ environments

• Handled Multiple Release maintenance for regression testing across all product verticals like accounting, retail Lending, financial, treasury etc.
• Handling DB backup maintenance for all releases includes (Monthly build & Annual Build)
• Analyze & verify the scripts and product errors across the releases, and sharing reports for getting fix from product team
• Preparing regression report and publishing dashboard timely.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generating monthly Metrics for tracking product performance
• To follow up with Delivery managers for effective planning in Rational Team Concert and to provide planned versus forecast data to management
• Tracking SLA for each business unit within product to make sure fix requested by client is provided within stipulated time
• Providing Quality scorecard to Management on weekly basis, this report tracks inflow, outflow, outstanding and client rejected defects
• Working closely with Testing team to ensure that unique defects from clients are scripted and script is recorded in Grepos
• Preparing Monthly Dashboards to Senior Management which explains in detail performance and SLA met by each Business Unit in product
• Also, Comments are provided for poor performance and higher defect inflow
• Keeping Track of resource movements within Business Units and maintaining detailed product headcount details
• To Track Timesheet data, follow up with resources with missing time and to provide analysis on time spent for Management, Training etc…
• Assist Delivery managers to create tasks, assigning them to resources, reviewing project plan and correcting estimated time
• Maintain Critical clients specific SLA and tracking issues raised by them for early closure
• Also providing time and quality adherence
• Assigned tasks to IT personnel and junior module staff, delegating work orders based on individual employee proficiencies
• Provided personalized end-user training, offering education via in-person and online courses
