Roles and Responsibilities

• Currently working as an acting Team Lead and managing a team of 23.
• Expertise in monitoring clients for negative news, sanctions screening, identifying potential Politically Exposed Persons (“PEPs”) or Money Service Businesses (“MSBs”) requiring EDD.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, Transaction Processing, Fraud Investigation, AML (Anti Money Laundering), Payment Investigation, Funds Flow and Release Payment Investigation.
• Comprehensive experience in Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD).
• Identified accurate risk ratings for individual and non-person accounts in order to identify high-risk countries, cash intensive/high-risk enterprises, and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
• Performing first level check (L0) of the profile to ensure that Admin is not related to any illegal activity like terrorist financing.
• Performing Enhanced Due diligence on the client by screening the Entity type, post, and other related links against the alerted Hit in the tool.
• Utilizing a customer service logging system to manage and categorize the high volume of business issues received via email.
• Providing hands-on technical support and managing custom software, windows base systems, networking solutions, and database systems.
• Applying additional steps required for deciding and validating AML risk to the firm.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Validated results and performed quality assurance to assess accuracy of data.
• Recommended process improvements to continually identify, analyze and fix constraints and challenges.
• Identified and resolved problems through root cause analysis and research.

• Assemble, Check and verify the accuracy and completeness of all Homeowners insurance information from Insurance agents and Insurance company.
• Worked varied hours to meet seasonal and business needs.

Responsibilities :

• Call and obtain insurance coverages from insurance company or insurance agents.
• Working on designated applications and sending out the premium payments to insurance companies.
• Follow-ups, Escalations, and other payment related issues.

· Prepare Reports on daily basis.

One would require Assembling, Check, and verify the accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation necessary for loan closing for US Mortgage.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare & deliver legal documents

· Re-draw & deliver legal documents

· HUD review & Approval

· Confirm loan closing with title company

· Moving file to funding

· Follow-ups, Escalations and other closing procedures.

· Co-ordinate with processor& title company for a smooth closing

· Prepare Reports on daily basis.
