- Managed busy rush periods with another barista and also solo, and am confident and able to remain calm under pressure.
- I have closed and cleaned the machine during all of the evening shifts and can do this with ease.
- I am also working front of house at yomi, doing everything from working the till managing cash and transactions, cleaning the store and thriving in this fast pace work environment.

- Was the main person on till so was the one to be face to face with the customers.
- My role at this job included hand-on tasks such as serving the till, bagging food, running coffee, making coffee and also cleaning jobs such as dishes sweeping and mopping. From doing this, I am experienced at multitasking and can do so under pressure.
- Front of house has given me the opportunity to gain my confidence as I have made connections and relationships with the regular customers.
