Projects & Responsibilities:
• Designed and developed end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure Data Factory to ingest, transform, and load data from SFTP, SharePoint, REST APIs, and on-premises databases into Azure Synapse and Azure Blob Storage.
• Created and configured datasets, linked services, integration runtimes, triggers, copy activities, and mapping data flows to support scalable and reusable ingestion frameworks.
• Implemented secure credential management using Azure Key Vault for API keys, access tokens, secrets, and connection strings across all ADF pipelines.
• Built database objects including tables, external tables, views, and stored procedures aligned to business logic and data modeling requirements.
• Automated critical monthly data loads entirely within Azure Data Factory, eliminating manual intervention, reducing failures, and improving operational reliability.
• Migrated on-premises ingestion workflows and SQL-based processes to Azure Synapse, enabling scalable cloud-native processing with improved performance.
• Developed API-based ingestion frameworks with token authentication, pagination logic, dynamic parameterization, and secure Key Vault integration.
• Implemented strong data governance, including validation checks, monitoring, exception handling, and lineage tracking for daily and monthly loads.
• Performed incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for production pipelines with same-day resolution for business-critical issues.
