• Designed electrical test panels, manufacturing jigs, and fixtures for new developed product IP67 400AC immunity DC motor productivity improvement, and minimize TBR in PM motor production & PM, yearly revenue generated 50 Cr.
• New production plant set up for the production of IGBT and loco panel in-house manufacturing process, including laser cut machine, press brake machine, welding machine, etc. Yearly revenue generated is approximately 90 crore.
• Designed test panel, jig, and fixtures for the relay testing process, such as non-bridging test, DC coil test, AC immunity test, HV testing, AC immunity test of coil, endurance test, reverse polarity test, and SIG cleaning process. TBR reduced by 18%, and production breakdown loss is reduced by 12% due to failure of the machine.
• New CNC machine shop set up for in-house manufacturing of relay child parts like core, armature, and drive rod lock rod, including CNC turning and VMC. Cost savings on a yearly basis are 40 Cr.

(B) Designation: Product Development Engineer.

● Designed and performed all functional tests, i.e. Routine tests and load tests are required for all switchgear materials used in the panels.

● Solved technical issues at the railway sites: ICF, Chennai; BEML, Bangalore; Konkan Railway, Mumbai; DLW, Varanasi; DMW, Patiala; Bhusawal Railway Division, Dahod Loco.

• Designed electrical control panels CC1, CC2, MSGC, and driver desk for 8 kWh DETC (ICF Chennai) and DETC (BEML).
• Designed electrical control panels for DETC Dahod for a single-engine 4 TM, 8-wheel vehicle with a dead man brake provision.
• Designed SB1, SB2, and cubical F control panels for a 3-phase loco system.

● Designed and developed an electrical control panel for various food processing plants.

Minimized electrical load, maintained power factor, and reduced power loss of the plant supply.

Commissioned various plants, like the Potato Chips Plant, Flavoured Popcorn Plant, Kurkure and Cheese Ball Plant, and Parle Chocolate Plant, etc.

• Designed a relay logic control panel for a multipurpose fryer, a flavoured drum system, and a high-speed piller.
• Designed an electrical control panel for the RO plant (3000 ppm TDS, 7 pH, 35 ppm hardness), and the boiler plant (dry steam, anti-sludge, and scale).
