• Performed configuration of new organizational structures for materials management activities within the SAP MM module.
• Configured and maintained master data, such as material types, material masters, vendor masters, purchasing info records, and source lists.
• Mapping parameter of Purchase Requisition – Document Types, Number Ranges.
• Configuration of Release Procedures for Purchase orders and Purchase requisition, which includes creation of characteristic values and edit class.
• Configuration of Split Valuation and STOs with Inter and Intra.
• Configuration of document types, number ranges for internal and external purchase documents, and outline agreements.
• Inventory Management process, which includes Goods receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer posting, Stock transfer, and Physical Inventory.
• Preparing the KDS documents to fulfill new business requirement.
• Worked on ASAP Methodology, starting with project preparations, Business Blue Print, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go Live and Support.
• Worked with integration modules like FI, SD, and PP.

Support

• Handled both Level 1 and Level 2 tickets related to MM.
• Analyzing the incident tickets, providing solutions, and updating them timely in the ticketing tool.
• Analyzing functional issues and fixing them.
• Interaction with Biz users to know the details on tickets for further clarification.
• Coordinated with other teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions in the SAP MM module.
• Reporting to the superior on daily progress and escalating in case of major issues.
